BALE STRAP
The bale strap is utilized to hold the 2 ½” nozzle bale in the open position when a 1 ¾” hand line is connected to the tip of the 2 ½” nozzle. It ensures that the bale does not accidentally get closed and cut off water supply to an interior attack company.
To determine which bale strap is right for your nozzle, connect the nozzle to 2 1/2" inch hose and measure the distance between the back of the male coupling and the handle of the bale in the open position. If the measurement is 4"-5" the Bale Strap Short will work for you. If the measurement is 5.25"-7" the Bale Strap Long will work for you.

GATED WYE STRAP
The gated wye strap was designed to secure the valve in the open position so interior firefighters don't lose water supply due to the valve getting knocked shut. The strap can also be used to secure a valve in the closed position. The strap is made of 1" webbing that is girthed around the 1 3/4" hose coupling and the handle of the gated wye valve to secure it in the open position.
IRONS STRAP WITH SLING
The irons strap secures a flathead axe and halligan bar together with straps that cinch tight and do not allow the strap to slide on the tools. There are 2 easy pull tabs for quick removal of the strap. The 2 carrying options allow the firefighter to carry the tools with a gloved hand or sling the irons over their shoulder for a hands-free option. The design of the strap provides even weight distribution for a more ergonomic carry.
EXTRICATION TOOL CARRYING STRAP
The extrication tool carrying strap was designed to assist firefighters when carrying battery powered extrication tools. Some of the new extrication tools weigh up to 60 pounds and can be difficult to carry long distances or over rough terrain. The extrication tool carrying strap is comprised of one strap that is installed around the cylindrical case of the tool and remains on the tool. The other portion of the strap is an adjustable sling with a seat belt buckle. The tool clips into the sling with the seat belt buckle and is easily removed by depressing the seat belt buckle.
To determine the proper strap for your tool, measure the circumference of the tool case where the tool portion of the strap will be installed. If the circumference is 12"-15" the Extrication Tool Carrying Strap Short will work for you. If the circumference measures 15"-18" the Extrication Tool Carrying Strap Long will work for you.
